I bought this mirror and a bag for my friend on the same day, the mirror was with me, engraved, within 2 days, the bag on the other hand (which required no personalisation) took 5 days longer! EXTREMELY quick service and I was very impressed. I was however disappointed that the mirror inside was cracked in 3 places around the edge. I'm presuming this was due to the clamp it woud have been placed in to engrave it. The mirror is still usable, it just detracts from the affect when you're giving it to someone as a gift. WeDoFabGifts4u were not advised of the damage. We have contacted customer to arrange a replacement.
