Online Orders You can place your orders online
and pay securely using NoChex or PayPal. We cannot ship orders until payment has
been received. You can also pay securely by credit card for your order on the telephone, please call us on 0845 956 9777 during UK office hours.
Delivery Times Every product on our site gives you the number of working
days within which we will usually dispatch your order to you, if the item is "in
stock". You should add a further 2 or 3 working days for delivery to mainland UK.
Please note that we will not be held responsible for postal or courier delays.
In the event that gifts are returned to us because of incorrect addressing or
non collection, there will be a £5 admin. charge to resend the gift, when it is
returned to us.
If we are awaiting a delivery of any of the products you order, we will send you an email with the expected delivery time. Please check for an email from us to confirm your order.
Contact Details Please check your emails 1 working day from order for confirmation of expected delivery date - thank you. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order please contact us using our live help or the contact us page.
Telephone Orders You can place your order online and pay by telephone or we can take your order and payment over the phone for non personalised orders. Please call us on 0845 956 9777 or send us an email and we can call you at a mutually convenient time.
Delivery Addresses We can ship your gifts to different delivery addresses, if you register with us. You can save up to 5 different addresses in your account details and they will remain there for your future use. We can add a card with a message on some of our gifts, please email us when you have made your selection and we will confirm.
Postal Method The majority of our gifts are sent by recorded delivery to give you the peace of mind that your items can be traced, in the unfortunate event of it not being delivered to you. Should delivery be attempted when you are out, the post office or Courier Company will leave a card. You can then call them to re-arrange delivery, or go to the depot to collect the parcel yourself.In the event that gifts are returned to us because of incorrect addressing or non collection, there will be a £5 admin. charge to resend the gift, when it is returned to us.
Shipping Costs Each item
in the catalogue states whether postage is included or additional. Postage is free on the majority of our personalised gifts. Where postage is calculated at checkout it ranges from £2.95 and £7.95 dependent on weight to mainland UK. Where postage is calculated on checkout and you receive the message The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time - please contact us using our live help or the contact us pageand we will advise you of the cost.
Mainland UK We aim to deliver within Mainland UK in around 5 working days from our acceptance of your order, if products are "in stock". If we are awaiting a delivery we will advise you by email when they are expected.
Personalised gifts may take up to 10 working days, but if you require it more urgently we can post it special delivery for an additional £5.50 per order. Our new site http://www.WeDoPersonalisedGifts.co.uk will allow you to pay for special delivery online.

Please note that where postage is included it is for mainland UK only and you will receive a request for additional postage for Highlands, Ireland etc.
International Shipping outside the UK is by Airmail and charged by weight. When you add your gifts to your shopping bag and enter your delivery address the cost for delivery will be calculated. If your total order is over 4.4lbs (2kg) please email us for shipping options.
Europe - allow an additional 3-5 working days to arrive.
USA and Canada - allow an additional 4-8 working days to arrive.
Rest of the world - allow an additional7-21 working days for delivery.
Items not in stock We will notify you in the event that we have to split your delivery, you will not be charged for this. Please note that gifts will only be shipped when payment has been received.
