How to buy Fab Gifts

Browse around the Store, find and select your gift and press Add to Bag.

When you are happy with your Bag Contents, press Checkout.

Sign In, Create an Account or proceed to Checkout.

Enter your Name, Address and Contact Details. Then confirm Shipping Details.

Select Payment Method – Paypal, NoChex or Cheque / Postal Order – complete transaction. Your Gift will be on its' way!
Getting around the Store
Click on the Shop 4... categories, Shop by Price, What's New button or any of the product images and you will see the gifts that we currently have in store.
You can click on the item description or image to see more details on the item and the enlarge button will open the picture in a bigger window for you to see the gift more clearly. You may find additional pictures of items and dimensions on the detailed description pages.
You can also use the advanced search facility to find exactly what you are looking for. The Featured, Special or Best Seller items will also take you to their area of the store.
You will always be able to see where you are by looking at the categories below the horizontal menu.
Shopping Bag When you have found a gift that you like, click the add to bag button and it will be placed and displayed in your shopping bag. If you want to add more of the same item, change the number in the quantity box and press the update button. The system will re-calculate the price for you. You may continue shopping or go to the checkout. To register or not! As a registered customer, you can:- • Save up to 5 addresses with us. This will enable you to purchase gifts and have us send them directly to the recipient. • View your status of your order and any previous orders you have made. • Leave items in your shopping bag until the next time you visit the store. • Keep an online wishlist of items that you would like and email them to friends as a reminder. You may purchase without registering, but you will have to submit your details for us to fulfil your order. We will not save this information. From time to time we will reward our registered customers with a gift voucher. You'll miss out if you don't register! Registering with us
You will be taken to our secure server registration page and asked to fill out your details. Our privacy and terms and conditions pages outline our policies. Your email address and the password you supply are used for access to your account. For security purposes we cannot see your password. If you forget your password, we will request your email address and send a new password to this address. You can then sign on and change the password to a more memorable one.
Calculating Delivery Costs Your shopping bag will calculate delivery charges depending on your location in the world. You can select your country from the drop down box within your bag. You can also change shipping at the checkout. Remember, only registered customers can send gifts to alternative addresses. Checking Out
The checkout process is quick and secure. You will be asked to:- • Confirm your delivery information - change the address and add comments • Select your payment method - Paypal, NoChex or Cheque / Postal Order / Telephone (valid email address required) and Redeem Gift Vouchers • Order Confirmation - you can change any of the details of the order at this stage.
Once you confirm your order you will be taken to Paypal or NoChex or the Cheque/Postal Order details screens. Complete your selected payment process and the system will redirect you back to us. You can print your order and you will also receive an email confirming that your order has reached us.
Order Confirmation
Once we receive your order, we will check your details and send you an order confirmation email. If your products are not in stock we will email you and advise you of the estimated delivery time.
We will also keep you informed by email as to when your gift has been dispatched.
We will only telephone you in the event of a discrepancy with your order.
