Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
Ordering
You can buy products from us online or by telephone on 0845 956 9777. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount from Paypal. This means your bank has authorised the transaction, but does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. Once we accept your order, we will send you an email confirmation when the goods have been despatched. If we find that your order has been processed incorrectly with regard to pricing of the products, we will inform you by email and give you the option of a full refund or price adjustment. You can pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Or you can send us a cheque. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds, but can be converted to Euros or US Dollars.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within Mainland UK in around 5 working days from our acceptance of the order. Personalised gifts may take up to 10 working days.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected and we will investigate. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the gift - please note we will not pay return shipping costs. There may be a 5% admin charge dependent on your payment method.
Personalised gifts may only be returned if we have made an error on the product or if it is defective. Please contact us and we will determine the steps required to rectify the issue.
We will require the item and it's original packaging of course, and keep all shipping & delivery receipts to provide proof of return.

General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales but do not affect your statutory rights. We will always endeavour to ensure that the prices displayed at FabGifts4u are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order and we will inform you of any changes prior to accepting the order. We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them. FabGifts4U can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the gift(s) purchased.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
We do not guarantee that our website is free from viruses or other infecting programmes. You may view and print out our pages for the sole purpose of buying a product or products. The copyright belongs to FabGifts4U. You may not use pictures, logos, graphics, text or descriptions on our site for any other use.
